Big Island Hawaii photo - Keola Mau Loa Church

BIG ISLAND HAWAII - KEOLA MAU LOA CHURCH picture photo - Big Island Hawaii photo picture Art Gallery - This color photo is of The Keola Mau Loa Church in Waimea on The Big Island of Hawaii. This historic church was established on the north end of Big Island Hawaii on August 9th, 1931 and has been in use ever since. It's simplistic architecture is reflective of the spirit of the missionairies who brought Christianity to The Big Island Hawaii back in 1820. This Hawaiian Christian church with it's prominent steeple sits on a plot surround by beautiful flowers and tropical plants. Behind it in the distance, beneath the beautiful warm blue Hawaiian sky, can be seen the edge of the Kohala Mountain Range that runs along the Northern tip of The Big Island of Hawaii.
