Big Island Hawaii aerial photo - Lava flow photo
by Jan Kaulins
BIG ISLAND HAWAII LAVA FLOW aerial photo picture art - Big Island Hawaii aerial picture photo art photograph gallery - This is a unique aerial photo on Big Island Hawaii of what is left of a grove of trees surrounded by an active lava flow. In this aerial Big Island Hawaii picture photo you can see the smoke rising from these trees as the heat of the hot lava, flowing down from active Kileauea Volcano slowly burns everything in its path! In the distance amidst more rivers of hot lava you can make out another small patch of forest that has not yet bowed to the Fire Goddess Pele. This is the cyclical nature of the Hawaiian Islands. The hot lava destroys all that lays in it's path, but in the end new life will again grow on the new land that the Volcanos create.
