This original fine-art artist signed and numbered Limited Edition color photo of Chicago Johnny Rockets Restaurant Diner is made from an ORIGINAL BLACK AND WHITE PHOTOGRAPH THAT HAS BEEN HAND-COLORED by nationally noted artist/photographer Mr. Jan Kaulins.
Johnny Rockets is an international restaurant chain that provides the food, fun and friendliness reminiscent of feel-good Americana. On June 6, 1986, the first Johnny Rockets opened on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, offering guests friendly service and great food in a fun and nostalgic atmosphere. I took this CHICAGO JOHNNY ROCKETS picture photo art print about 18 or 19 years ago. I believe it was in the Old Town area of Chicago, though I can't recall exactly as I recently came across the negative that this fine-art photo is made from. I do recall that this was one of the very first Johnny Rockets that I had ever seen or heard of at the time. I am not even sure if it is still in business in this original location--I think it might not be, making this a quite unique and historical Johnny Rockets Chicago fine-art photo print.
