TIPITINA'S BAR photo art photograph print New Orleans photo art for sale - NEW ORLEANS Tipitinas Bar photo picture art print photography for sale - New Orleans Photo Art Photography Gallery - New Orleans photo art photography prints for sale: This original Fine Art color photo Tipitina's Bar in New Orleans was made from an original black and white photograph that was hand colored by nationally recognized artist and photographer Jan Kaulins. In this New Orleans Tipitina's picture photo we see the front entrance to Tipitina's Bar with a big lighted sign for Dixie Beer, a New Orleans favorite brew, overhead. This New Orleans Tipitina's began as a neighborhood juke joint that was opened in the 1970's by several young local musicians as a place for legendary New Orleans piano player Professor Longhair to perform in his final years. The New Orleans Tipitina's has since become an international music icon, featuring national acts, as well as great local performers like Clifton Chenier, The Radiators, C.J. Chenier, Dr. John, Bouseliel, Marcia Ball, and The Neville Brothers. This historic photograph of the original Tipitina's is a tribute to the musical soul of The City of New Orleans. This New Orleans Tipitina's Bar Fine-Art Limited Edition signed and numbered photograph is a good example of a favorite slogan of New Orleans, "bon ton roulet" - let the good times roll!
