photo shows a section of the famous Art Deco Ocean Drive hotel strip, with side by side beautiful vintage Art-Deco Hotels and mansions, including the Versace Mansion.
Since the 1920's and 1930's this Art Deco District South Beach Miami hotel strip on Ocean Drive has periodically been a mecca for Hollywood's Royalty and the rich and famous. In this South Beach Miami Art Deco photograph we see a vintage 1929 Packard automobile parked in front of The South Beach Miami Versace Mansion on Ocean Drive. The 1920's vehicle is of the same vintage as the Versace Mansion and the beginnings of the South Beach Miami Art Deco District.
This picture photo of the Versace Mansion is a photograph of one of the most famous landmarks on Ocean Drive in South Beach Miami, Florida. Gianni Versace purchased this building in 1992 and converted it into his South Beach Miami home. He was murdered on the front steps seen in this photograph. The Versace Mansion is currently being renovated into an exclusive $2,000 to $6,000 a night room luxury hotel.
