THE PENOBSCOT BUILDING picture photo - DETROIT, MICHIGAN Penobscot Bldg. picture photo art print: This Penobscot Building Detroit photograph is a picture of a black and white hand-colored Detroit, Michigan photo that pictures this 30 story tall Detroit Landmark skyscraper built in 1928. For almost a half century it was the tallest skyscraper in the downtown Detroit, Michigan until The Renaissance Center took over the height record in 1977. With its Indiana Limestone facade it sits dramatically in the center of the downtown business district. The Detroit picture photograph is also a picture of the Penobscott Building surrounded by other vintage historic downtown Detroit buildings.
