New Orleans picture photo - Stars and Stripes

STARS AND STRIPES - NEW ORLEANS JAZZ AND HERITAGE FESTIVAL art photography - New Orleans Art Gallery photography art photo print at New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival : This color New Orleans photo of a tuba player and the American Flag was made from an original black and white photograph that was hand colored by nationally recognized artist and photographer Jan Kaulins. This New Orleans JazzFest photograph was taken during one of the daily public parades at The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. In this New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival picture photograph we see a tuba player and other members of the festive parade carrying banners and dancing as they parade around the New Orleans Jazz Fest grounds. This artistic New Orleans photo pictures some of the many festivities and activities that take place during the annual international New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. This New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival photography is a good example of what they say in the New Orleans French Quarter, "bon ton roulet" - let the good times roll!
